"Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful or beautiful". William Morris's credo was Goolrick's guiding principle when she recently renovated the 560-square-foot space in the Flatiron District. Goolrick moved the existing kitchen away from its dedicated window into an adjacent alcove. This opened up the whole apartment to the west-facing wall of windows, turning the space into a light-filled mini-loft.
